Cancellation policy
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or fulfilment.
Once an order begins processing, including batching, allocation, or dispatch - it can no longer be cancelled.

Please include your order number.
Subscription Cancellations & Changes
Active subscriptions can be paused, modified, or cancelled at any time via your customer account portal.
- Changes must be made before your next scheduled billing date
- Once a subscription order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled and will be fulfilled as scheduled
This ensures continuity of supply while maintaining batch-level planning and verification.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled.
If you no longer require the product, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy once delivery is completed.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy operates in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards, you are entitled to a remedy.
