An order is not accepted until payment has been received and order confirmation has been issued. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to cancel or modify it.

All purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Original Visual & Motion Content
All original visual, motion, and 3D content used by Surgō — including renders, animations, simulations, and cinematic sequences — constitutes proprietary creative work owned by or licensed to Surgo Labs Pty Ltd.
These materials may not be copied, reused, or adapted for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Reservation of Rights
All rights not expressly granted under these Terms are reserved by Surgo Labs Pty Ltd.
SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we do not control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties.
Your use of any third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the provider’s terms.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, all sales and transactions are between you and Surgo Labs Pty Ltd.
You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and Surgo, including product quality, delivery, or customer service.
You release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from purchases made through our store.
